This policy explains what information dnrealtypartners.com collects and how we use it. DN Realty Partners is a team of Expat Properties | CR (Expat Properties CR S.A.), Playas del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site (a valuation request, a contact message or a newsletter signup), we receive what you type: usually your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and your message. We also record which page the form was on, the date, and the country your connection came from.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, to help with the property questions you asked about, and, if you signed up, to send the newsletter. We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it with colleagues at Expat Properties | CR when that is needed to help you, for example to arrange a showing.

Where it is stored

This site runs on Cloudflare, and form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database. Cloudflare also processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Listing photos are served from Expat Properties | CR. Maps on listing pages are provided by Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Write to cocodawn@expatpropertiescr.com or message us on WhatsApp at +506 8586 5176. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe.

Changes
